Basket Works Ltd. recognizes the vital importance of getting your gift to your recipient on time. We guarantee to process all orders within 24-48 hours of placement of your order. Basket Works Ltd. provides daily delivery in the Grand Rapids area and we ship worldwide for a minimal shipping and handling charge. Our speed of delivery and shipment is unmatched!
Shipping Method
Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground in most cases.
Residential deliveries do not require a signature and may be left in a safe place, out of sight and out of weather, at the driver's discretion. This could include the front porch, side door, back porch, or garage area.
Expedited Shipping
We also offer Next Day, 2 Day, and 3 Day Shipping.
When considering our shipping charges, especially those for Next Day and Second Day Air Shipping, bear in mind that our gifts can be quite large. To ensure that they arrive at their destinations in perfect condition, they are packed in heavy duty boxes with plenty of packing materials that serve to eliminate shifting during transport.
Note: The time of day your order is placed, method of delivery you choose, location of recipient, holidays, weather conditions and occasional delays by carriers can all impact the arrival of your order. Rest assured, we will do everything possible to expedite your gift basket order in a timely manner.

When estimating time of arrival keep in mind gift baskets delivered within the continental United States are shipped via UPS Ground service, Monday through Friday - not including holidays and Saturdays - unless you choose otherwise. Also, when estimating delivery time don't count the day your gift was shipped out.
Substitution Policy
In case substitutions may be necessary to ensure timely delivery of your gift choice, we will make every effort to substitute with an item as similar as possible to your requested gift choice. Substitutions will be made only with items of equal or greater value.
In warm weather, items containing chocolate that are shipped in May through October will be substituted with a product of equal or greater value.
